As a business owner for nearly 20 years, Dr. Turner brings extensive experience as a former Special Education Director, Certified Mediator, Consulting Psychologist, and Marine combat veteran. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions in our LEP Forums.

Misty Bonta

Misty Bonta, LEP is a Licensed Educational Psychologist with over 17 years of experience, specializing in neurodivergence. She is certified in School Neuropsychology, trauma, and anxiety treatment. After 15 years in schools, she founded Get Psyched Inc., which bridges educational and clinical worlds through training, therapy, and diagnostic assessments like IEEs. Misty employs strength-based, neuro-informed approaches to enhance school mental health services and support staff. Passionate about systemic change, she has developed initiatives for Foster Youth, MTSS, and overall Mental Health/Wellness.

Bethany Zoeller

Bethany Zoeller, LEP is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and School Psychologist with over a decade of experience. She began her career supporting rural schools in Kern County and is now the owner of Insights Assessment and Counseling, Inc. in Bakersfield, where she provides educationally related assessment and support to clients of all ages. Bethany also hosts the LEP Collaborative, featuring training opportunities and a LEP Business-focused blog.
