Stephen Sodergren has worked in California state service for more than 28 years and currently serves as the Executive Officer of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. He has extensive experience in licensing, regulatory programs, and day-to-day operations, with a focus on practical problem-solving and supporting staff, applicants, licensees and the public.

Misty Bonta

Misty Bonta, LEP is a Licensed Educational Psychologist with over 17 years of experience, specializing in neurodivergence. She is certified in School Neuropsychology, trauma, and anxiety treatment. After 15 years in schools, she founded Get Psyched Inc., which bridges educational and clinical worlds through training, therapy, and diagnostic assessments like IEEs. Misty employs strength-based, neuro-informed approaches to enhance school mental health services and support staff. Passionate about systemic change, she has developed initiatives for Foster Youth, MTSS, and overall Mental Health/Wellness.
