Experience

Rodrigo E. Enciso, M.A., LEP, is the Owner and Executive Clinician of REED Center, and is a bilingual, licensed educational psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the field of special education. He graduated with Distinction in Psychology from San Diego State University and obtained his Master’s degree in Educational Psychology at Alliant International University. He has participated in the development and standardization of the WIPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WISC-V Spanish, KABC-II NU, and WRAML-3 as a field examiner, has presented at several CASP conferences and school districts on contemporary SLD assessment practices, participated in the writing and development of the CASP position paper on Dyslexia, as well as published various articles related to school psychology. Rodrigo is an active member of professional associations, serving within the CASP Board of Directors as Assessment Specialist, Region Representative, and Membership Chair, in addition to having served as the 2015-2016 President of the San Diego County Association of School Psychologists (SANDCASP). Rodrigo received CASP’s 2016 Outstanding School Psychologist of the Year Award for Region VII and a 2017 Above and Beyond Award in Special Education from San Diego Unified School District.
