Previous experience working at a county office of education as a psychologist with deaf and hard of hearing programs, juvenile hall, and mod/severe programs as well as specialized programs for students with autism and severe behavioral challenges.

Previous experience working as an itinerant principal for the above mentioned county office of education programs.

Previous experience working as a SELPA program specialist for 8 years, supporting 17 districts. Provided hundreds of trainings to teachers, principals, psychologists, other special education administrators on a variety of topics ranging from assessment best practices, evidenced-based practices for autism, co-teaching, positive behavior supports, and more. Helped districts develop and build defensible programs. Provided ADR support to districts. Coached new teachers and provided mentorship to new school psychologists.

Adjunct faculty in special education teacher training program for 10 years.

Have been in private practice since 2019; provide IEE's as well as district contracted assessments.
