Emotional Disability Criteria: An Overview

Dr. Stephen E. Brock is Professor Emeritus of School Psychology at California State University, Sacramento. With an extensive background in school psychology, Dr. Brock has served as President of both the National and California Association of School Psychologists. He has served as an Associate Editor of The California School Psychologist (now known as Contemporary School Psychology [CSP]) and has been a guest editor for special issues of CSP. Dr. Brock’s contributions to the field extend beyond professional roles and association leadership. He has authored dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, and lectured nationally on the topic of emotional disability eligibility considerations.
