Behavioral Supports and Interventions-a Legal Perspective

California, LEAs’ obligations regarding students’ behavioral needs, FBAs, BIPs, and discussion of behavioral supports and interventions associated with manifestation determination meetings as delivered through an interactive presentation along with significant supplemental materials to include excerpts from various legal decisions and other relevant materials.

Carl D. Corbin of School and College Legal Services of California graduated from Gallaudet University with a Psy.S. in school psychology, worked over five years in public school districts as a school psychologist, has a LEP (inactive) and NCSP, and obtained his law degree at University of California, Boalt Hall.
