Experience

I apply psychological principles and methods to address educational and developmental challenges. My expertise lies in overcoming obstacles related to student learning and behavior. This includes designing and implementing personalized plans like Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluating progress, and providing counseling to students and their families. In addition, I actively collaborate with fellow professionals within school settings to suggest improvements in teaching, learning methods, and administrative approaches. My extensive experience allows me to effectively apply knowledge in mental health, learning, and behavior, aiding children and adolescents in succeeding academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.

I frequently work in partnership with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to cultivate secure, supportive, and healthy learning environments. This ensures a strong link between home, school, and the community. Over the years, my specialized areas of focus have encompassed enhancing academic performance, fostering positive behavior and mental well-being, supporting diverse learners, strengthening collaboration between families and schools, fostering a safe and positive school atmosphere, and improving overall school assessment and accountability to monitor individual student progress in both academics and behavior.
